How It All Began
When I was a kid, summers meant the lavender harvest in the first place. I’d spend mornings in the fields, hands scented with the sharp sweetness of fresh blooms.
It was hard work, but occasionally, I'd meet travelers who were curious to try it themselves.
Of course, they didn’t do much actual harvesting, which is understandable, but the joy on their faces stayed with me long after the lavender season ended.
Seeing people light up because of it brought me something I couldn’t forget.
That feeling inspired me to create NoSelfie – Hvar Tours and Travel Agency. Simply put, it's just cool how beautiful a day can be if you enjoy your surroundings. And here, everything is to be joyful about.
My name’s Stjepan, and before starting this adventure, I lived a dozen different lives. I was a bilingual professor of social sciences, a skipper, a journalist, a librarian, a bartender, a cook, and even an actor. I’ve always chased new experiences and the chance to connect with people.
Today, through NoSelfie, I craft tours that are more than just sightseeing trips. They’re stories in motion — about the soul of Hvar, its traditions, its wild nature, and its offbeat adventures.
Whether you’re wandering through lavender fields, tasting family-made wine, or uncovering island legends, every experience is designed with heart, authenticity, and excitement.

"Stjepan provided us with an exceptional tour of Hvar Island. We started with a walking tour of Hvar Town. Stjepan carefully described the architecture and the culture, which was very much appreciated. Afterwards, via van, we visited several other places on the island. Of particular interest was the village of Velo Grablje, where Stjepan introduced us to a producer of lavender oil who took us on a tour of his facility. We also very much enjoyed the walk through Stari Grad and Jelsa. A most enjoyable and enriching day. Highly recommended."
